We Are In This Together: COVID-19 Update
Update as of March 20, 2020:
We wanted to check-in with our community and make sure you are caring for yourself and your little ones during these extraordinary times. As the news continues to unfold, we hope you are taking the proper precautions to keep your family safe and healthy.
We are humbled by the efforts we are already seeing in our community to follow the recommendations of the CDC and local governments. Starting on March 16th, our employees have been asked to work from home as much as possible and practice social distancing. But while we are away from our offices, we are still here for you.
Despite things not being “business as usual”, babytula.com remains open.
In support of California guidelines to reduce the spread of COVID-19 and keep our employees healthy, we have significantly limited the team members present in our facilities to those directly responsible for order fulfillment and returns. For those employees still working on-site, we are staggering their time in the office and taking additional precautions recommended by the CDC and WHO to keep our work environment clean and sanitized.
As a result of these recent restrictions, please understand:
- You may experience delays in the processing and shipping of your order.
- Currently, expedited shipping is not available.
- If you are returning an item we ask that you please allow us 2-3 weeks to process your return.
During this time, we will continue sharing release updates and other fun content on our Facebook and Instagram pages. We have always strived to provide you a welcoming community that understands your struggles and works to find joy in every moment. Expect us to continue to engage with you in different and exciting ways that will hopefully bring you helpful information and opportunities to relax, laugh, and find comfort.
