Best experience as a first time shopper

I had an offer to get another carrier and of course I chose the cutest pattern for my new grandson! Kristy was my customer service rep and she helped answer some questions I had. This was a great first experience shopping with Baby Tula! Thank you!

Even the mesh runs super

Even the mesh runs super hot in 50 degree weather. Impossible to buckle the back straps myself unless it is at the highest setting at my neck. The shoulder straps curve right under your armpits so they rub when your arms are down. Uncomfortable

Very uncomfortable how the straps are very close under your armpits so rub when your arms are down. Nearly impossible to buckle the shoulder strap yourself unless it’s at the highest setting but at the highest setting it pulls the straps under your armpits any more.
