Wish the material was softer!

"This carrier is very sturdy and easy to use. My only wish is for the linen material to be a bit softer - my baby has eczema and I worry that the carrier might irritate his rashes."

"So far I love this carrier. I had a cheaper one off of amazon and it was killing my back. I ended up researching a bunch because I love being outside and wanted to take my baby with me. I ended up going with linen because of the breathability! I will say I am 5'2 so I had to try a few different ways of wearing it to fit correctly so my back did not hurt after a while. I have used it everyday since I bought it. In the end I give it 5 stars and would purchase another in the future if I needed it!"

Order not shipped out

"I purchased this item on 29 December, and to date it has not been shipped. A customer service officer informed me that their warehouse is closed for annual inventory and that they “did post a notice about the delay at checkout. ” There was no such notice. I checked the website myself and saw that it has since been updated with a banner stating that all orders submitted after 29 December will be shipped on the 6th. My order was placed on the 29th, not after. This is incredibly frustrating, as I am shipping the item to my hotel in London and have no certainty that it will arrive before I check out on the 12th."
