"I had been on the hunt for a good full buckle carrier for my ~20 lb 1 year old. I loved my Oscha bairn but needed something else that could support his weight. I also loved the versatility of my ergobaby 360 but couldn’t stand the fabric and look. I wanted a mix between the woven fabric of my Oscha and the functionality of my ergobaby. And the Tula signature woven explore carrier is PERFECT - exactly what I was looking for. I do feel like I could get more longevity out of carrying my baby world facing in the ergobaby but the Tula is just so much softer. The woven fabric is definitely worth the price tag and is a great investment for baby wearing."

"This carrier is even more beautiful in person. It was beautiful online but once I actually received it I couldn’t believe it! I’m so excited to get to use this for my baby, especially since the colder months are coming and I can bundle up and wear her comfortably. This was one of my “splurge” baby gifts and I went back and forth on it for so long and I am so glad that I finally did it. If you’re looking for a sign, this is it! Get the carrier!"

Faulty carrier + no fair resolution

"Review: I purchased the Starry Night Signature Woven Explore carrier for my sister in March 2025. After less than a month of minimal use, it tore. Tula admitted the carrier was faulty but told us they no longer make this style and could not replace it. They also refused to issue a refund. We were ultimately forced to settle on a carrier we did not want simply because my sister needed one. This experience has completely changed how I view Tula. After being a loyal customer for over a decade and recommending their products to countless mothers, I will never purchase from them again simply based on how they treated me with this issue. Bottom line: If you’re unlucky enough to get a defective carrier, don’t expect fairness or flexibility."
