Awful customer experience

It took three weeks to arrive so by the time it arrived I’d missed the occasion it was for and it’s useless to me. No indication when I ordered a that it would take so long, and such poor communication from customer service. Still waiting for a response about a refund.

Christmas Gift

I got the baby carrier as a Christmas gift for my 7 year old. She has had her baby “Lucy” since she was little and still cares for it. We decided on a baby carrier vs a stroller so she can carry her doll around even outside.

Q: Can your child put it on by themselves?

A: Depending on your child's age, they may be able to put this on by themselves. Younger children may need some assistance with the buckle on the shoulder straps. This feature is intended to help the shoulder straps stay in place, however, the doll carrier can be used without it.
