"I have a 20lb six month old who isn’t on the move yet and is often on my hip. I am small in stature and my back was starting to kill me from carrying him around. I have a Tula explore and love it so I started looking into ring slings to make it easier to hip carry. This ring sling is perfect and it is everything! I love the material and print, it’s easy to put on and put him in, and it makes it very easy to carry him around. Hi, I'm planning to get either the olivo girasol ring sling or the seedling fabric (85% cotton, 15% viscose). I'm wondering which one is the better fabric for me. I'm looking for something that is very soft and relatively easy to adjust (pull the rails tight). Which would be best? Thanks!
The handwoven texture of the Girasol sling will break in pretty quickly with use, and the Seedling sling if very soft and light in hand. We would say that both slings are relatively soft and easy to use right out of the box, but Seedling is probably a little bit more floppy to start.
